Our Meeting Room Facilities
We have fully equipped Meeting Rooms available for use by our tenants, outside companies, organisations and individuals.
Many organisations prefer our friendly and helpful attitude and out-of-town setting, to the sometimes large, impersonal facilities offered elsewhere.

With FREE on-site parking and prime location, adjacent to the A303 Junction and Solstice Park Services, we are a perfect choice for business professionals looking to hire fully equipped Meeting Room facilities on an hourly or Full/Half day basis.

We have FREE parking on-site and we're located just a short walk/drive to the many facilities offered at Solstice Park.
Mills House enjoys a semi-rural location, just ¼ mile from the Solstice Park junction of the A303 at Amesbury, and only 8½ miles to Salisbury and 13 miles to Andover.
COSTS
We offer a simple 'All-inclusive' cost that represents excellent value.
Our tenants enjoy 2 hours free use of our Meeting Room when available, with a 25% Discount off our Half Day and Full Day prices.
For non-tenants then subject to availability, you can simply book for 1 or 2 hours, or a Half Day or Full Day. A Meeting Room to comfortably accommodate 6 people, costs as follows:
1 hour hire £12 + VAT
2 hours hire £24 + VAT
Half Day hire £40.00 + VAT.
Full Day hire £60.00 + VAT.
