Our Meeting Room Services
We have a fully equipped Meeting Room available for use by our tenants, outside companies, organisations and individuals.
Many organisations prefer our out-of-town setting to the sometimes large, impersonal facilities often available.

You're welcome to arrange our furniture however best suits your needs, whether it be as a ‘Boardroom’ style, ‘Classroom’ style, a simple ‘U-Shape, or whatever you wish.
We have a projector and screen, large wall mounted TV screen for use with your laptop and high speed fibre broadband.
Although we don't offer on-site catering, there are several excellent local suppliers who will happily deliver buffets etc. to Mills House. These include:

We have free parking on site and we're located a short walk/drive to the many facilities offered at Solstice Park.
Mills House enjoys a semi-rural location, just ¼ mile from the Solstice Park junction of the A303 at Amesbury, and only 8½ miles to Salisbury and 13 miles to Andover.
COSTS
We offer everything described above in a simple 'All-inclusive' cost that represents excellent value.
Our tenants enjoy 2 hours free use of our Conference & Meeting Room when available, with a 25% Discount thereafter.
For non-tenants our value for money costs are as follows:
The cost per hour is £18 + VAT and, subject to availability, you can simply book for however many hours you wish.
Alternatively, we offer:
Half Day hire (8.30 – 12.30 or 13.30 – 17.30) at £50.00 + VAT.
Full Day hire at £80.00 + VAT.
